Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients:
10x13
cake pan
Jiffy mix
2 – 2 ½ lbs Hamburger
1 Onion (if desired)
1 can - Brooks Chili Hot Beans
2 cans – Campbell's Nacho Cheese soup (can be omitted if you can’t find it).
Velveeta Cheese
American Cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 deg.
Use the Jiffy mix to make enough crust to cover
the bottom of the pan and to cover the top. Follow the Jiffy
instructions (only requires adding water).
Cook hamburger, drain off grease. Add chili hot beans, nacho cheese soup, onion and let it cook with hamburger.
Put bottom crust in pan, pour hamburger mixture into pan. Add desired Velveeta and American cheeses. Add top crust.
Cook at 400 deg. until Golden Brown.
